01 · Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering responsibility
Velixon aims to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark for this website. Accessibility needs and technologies vary, and this statement does not claim that every page will be barrier-free for every person or configuration.
We prioritize access to the site's core information and actions, including navigation, service information, contact, the Automation Assessment, proposal requests, and privacy choices.
02 · Practices
How the website supports access
Current design and engineering practices include:
- Semantic page landmarks, logical heading structure, and descriptive page titles.
- A skip link, visible keyboard focus, and keyboard-operable primary navigation and forms.
- Programmatic form labels, required-field indicators, useful validation, and status or error announcements.
- Text contrast, cues that do not rely only on color, and readable content spacing.
- Responsive layouts and touch targets intended to work across common screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative images where appropriate.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it through their device or browser settings.
03 · Improvement
Testing does not end at launch
Velixon combines automated checks with manual review of keyboard navigation, focus behavior, responsive layouts, content structure, and important form states. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so reports from real visitors are valuable.
When a material issue is confirmed, we assess its impact, the affected workflow, and a maintainable correction. Timing can depend on complexity and whether a third-party service is involved.
04 · Third parties
External tools and destinations
Some links, embedded services, documents, or provider-controlled interfaces may be maintained by third parties. Velixon does not control every aspect of those experiences, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered while reaching them from this website.
05 · Feedback
Report a barrier or request another format
If a website barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, contact Velixon. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
You may ask for help completing a website action or for the relevant information in another reasonable format. We will review the request and respond through the contact method you provide.
